Booking & Your Stay
Check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability on the day — ask the front desk and they will do what they can.
Yes. Booking directly with us gets you our lowest published rate, guaranteed, with no hidden fees and no middlemen. The current offers are on the offers page.
You may be asked to furnish the form of payment used for the booking, along with identification proof, when you check in.
Cancel 7 or more days before arrival and the full amount is refunded. Between 5 and 7 days, 50% of the booking amount is charged. Within 5 days, or on a no-show, the full amount is charged. The full text is on the terms page.
At RG Royal, every room accommodates up to three adults and one child, with an extra bed available on request. Rooms come in king and twin configurations.
The Hotels

About 27 km. The hotel does not operate an airport shuttle, but the travel desk can arrange transfers — tell us your arrival time and we will set it up.
Yes. Complimentary parking and EV charging are available on site at RG Royal, and there is parking at the Convention Hall for event guests.
RG Royal is in north-west Bengaluru, a short walk from the ISKCON Temple and Orion Mall, and five minutes’ drive from Yesvantpur Junction. RG Grand sits near Manyata Tech Park.
Dining, Wellness & Events
At RG Royal, Maxims serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner across 72 seats, and B52 pours from an open bar over 70 seats with a restaurant menu alongside. Both are on the third floor. In-room dining is available around the clock.
Yes, at both outlets.
RG Royal has Meghavi Wellness Spa & Salon in-house, alongside a swimming pool and a fitness centre. Treatments are booked at the front desk or by phone, and both house guests and day visitors are welcome. See wellness & spa.
Yes. The Convention Hall at RG Royal is a pillarless room, with a dedicated team of event managers and technicians; RG Grand carries the group’s largest banqueting floor. Start at meetings & events.
